    On the programme Richard speaks to Rachel about services that Birmingham Mind provide, Amelia and Charmian talk about their work as Volunteers on the Birmingham Mind helpline.


    Ronald explains what it means to be a Peer Support Worker; and Daniel tells us what it is like to be a resident at Rookery Gardens, a unique service in partnership with Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust, where residents live on site within NHS of grounds, in independent houses located next to main hospital building.


    Richard also talks to Scarlett Moffatt, who is an ambassador for the Samaritans, about giving back to nurses and the NICU unit where she had her baby premature, on this World Mental Day.


    Comedian and author of ‘Billy No-Mates: How I Realised Men Have a Friendship Problem’ chats about social anxiety and forming friendships when we’re older.


    Team GB Olympian Tom Bosworth explains how walking and getting out in the open air is good for our mental health as part of the nationwide Big Walk campaign.
