    2025/03/03

This women's fiction, adventure series, focuses on the mobile representatives of the Arc Foundation, a philanthropical organization that looks for the people who have fallen between the cracks. They investigate before they invest, and often that leads into danger and mystery. The daughters of Quarry Hall rely on their companion guard dogs, self-defense training, and prayer to get them through sticky situations.

Kathryn's time of retreat and reflection is interrupted to help an amnesiac fugitive escape compromised authorities to reach safety. When illness requires rest stops, and the mountains interfere with cell phone reception, she finds her faith tested, and her kind spirit strained to the breaking point by the attitude of the "damsel in distress."
