For some people it came on subtle and got stronger with age. In those instances, we tend to question ourselves and our experiences greatly. For those who were born with an innate knowing the world is not as it seems, the mystic just comes naturally. But in those cases, it could mean spending time alone is the most apt way to feel normal, even as a child.

He has led a men’s group called the Kings Collective since 2022. His work focuses on men’s and personal growth coaching, trauma release, nervous system regulation, breathwork, meditation, plant medicine, and sound healing.
