Brodie Kane was one of my first guests when I launched my podcast early in 2022.

Since then, we have got even closer and have become running friends. So, this is her second appearance on the podcast- but this chat is very different to the first one because my very talented mate has now gone and written a book about her life experiences- the good the bad and the ugly.
