This weeks guest is Brodie Thompson, Brodie is a See Change Ambassador, an organization who work to reduce and end the stigma around mental health in Ireland.
In this episode, Brodie speaks about her lived experiences with mental health struggles, how open conversations help to reduce the stigma in the workplace, and the importance of noticing our own self-stigma, and challenging the beliefs we have about ourselves and our mental health.
