There are numerous advantages of having female professors – they are credited with increasing class participation, providing diverse perspectives, and being a role model for female students. We have two eminent academicians Dr. Emmanouela Mandalaki from Neoma Business School and Manisha Chachra from Jawaharlal Nehru University to share with us their experience, their career challenges, success and opportunities for women to pursue career in Academia.
