    I’ve known for a long time that I wanted to become an ICF-accredited coach. I’ve been coaching for years—veterans, men in transition, folks rebuilding their lives—but I knew I needed that credential to take it to the next level. Not just to legitimize what I was doing, but to deepen it. To get the kind of training that doesn’t just make you smarter—but makes you better.


    So I went to the ICF website. You know, the list of all the approved training programs. And I started scrolling. And I kept scrolling. And scrolling.
