In this special 60th birthday episode I'll be talking with a couple of important people who have been with me since I started down the Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga path.
First, I sit down with my son, Trevor, as we reflect briefly on the past five years, discussing the challenges we've faced, the pivotal moment that changed the trajectory of our lives and most importantly, the healing we've experienced together.
I also welcome my dear friend John Chernesky, whom I met at my first Basic Pranic Healing Workshop back in 2019. John and I share a deep bond over our spiritual journeys and the understanding of life's profound aspects.
Lastly, I am going to introduce an exciting course that I will be launching at the end of August. It is a six-week self-guided program called 'The Stillness & Success Blueprint.'
