  • Not long ago, we had Holy Communion in our church, where we once again ruminated on the meaning of the bread and wine that we shared.
    Along with the baptism of the believers, the sacrament of Holy Communion is one of two sacraments that our Lord commanded to us to keep. One thing that we must realize through Holy Communion is that He has blotted out all our sins through the baptism that He received on His body and the blood that He shed. When the Lord told us to “remember” the bread and wine in Holy Communion, He meant that we should believe and remember His baptism and bloodshed in our hearts.
