  • In today’s Scripture passage, 1 John 3:9 says, “Whoever has been born of God does not sin.” First of all, we need to realize here that this passage is spoken to the believers in the gospel of the water and the Spirit. The Apostle John, in other words, said this to those who believe in the divinity of Jesus our God and the gospel of the water and the Spirit. Those who do not believe in the divinity of Jesus, and those who do not believe in the gospel Truth of the water and the Spirit, are all turning themselves into God’s enemies. We need to realize that their faith is fruitless and all futile.
