    Some advice for the holiday season from Dr. Wayne Dyer's book, No More Holiday Blues, plus some self care tips to support you at this time of year. “Make up your mind right this minute. This is going to be your greatest holiday season ever! You are going to have a sensational time at this year throughout the entire festive holiday period. No hassles, no headaches, no depression, and most important, no holiday blues. This is not only going to be your first stress-free end-of-the-year celebration, it is going to surpass your wildest expectations about what a holiday season can be. You are about to embark on – in a word – your very first no-limit holiday.” - Dr. Wayne Dyer Be willing to do things differently. Take time to really think about what you enjoy and what drains you. Pay attention to your energy levels and don’t overcommit. Listen to your body for yes/no Tend to your mental and physical health- tune in daily and act accordingly. Cultivate positive anticipation Let things go and take it one day at a time. BE HERE NOW Self-care is anything that you do for yourself that feels nourishing. It requires checking in with yourself and asking yourself how you’re doing and what your body’s asking for. Everyone’s definition of self care is unique. Do what brings you more sustained joy, nourishing body mind and soul. Be mindful and tune into your own needs.
