The company's mission is to help men "become the most emotionally skilled, authentic, and confident versions of themselves," which is achieved through introspection via men's retreats.

    For Johnny, his difficult experiences with his father led to strained relationships and the inevitable quest for his own identity. Through his pain and struggles, Johnny used them to help countless others on similar quests of solidifying and becoming confident in their own identity and selves. Doan believes in this so much that he and a team started their own EdTech, AI-focused business called "Teaching Entrepreneurship."
