Divine day and welcome back to Chatting with Chickens and Other Wonderful Animals. I was just taking some time to do a little bit of breath work, meditate, and center myself. When I think about jumping into this episode and diving into the magical world, which is the sea, that whole experience that I recently was on, the song that I keep hearing is from The Little Mermaid, but part of your world, but I feel it's like the opposite. I went from human to mermaid and just loved it, absolutely loved it. It was absolutely beautiful, divine, and profound. It's been easy at times to put it into words for people. It's been hard at times to put into words for people. I think the biggest thing is I'm blown away by... Other sentient beings openness to bringing us in and letting us be part of their world, especially when they don't have to. I will cherish my week in Egypt and the Red Sea. So let's dive into this.

Hello, animal enthusiasts. Welcome back to chatting with Chickens and other wonderful animals with me, Lindsay. It is a true delight to be connecting with you again. I'm going to be trying something a little different today and you can let me know what you think.

I've been talking a little more in the last two episodes about heart coherence, getting into the heart, and that being where our intuition resides and our stillness resides.

There's so much beauty that resides in the heart and how when we have a busy mind or a stressed mind, how that can get in the way of us connecting on a more profound bubble with the animals who make up our world. So what I thought we would do today is this recording is actually going to move into a meditation to help bring you into your heart that you can do with your animals If you're interested in doing this.

So today we are going to chat about our white sheep, Delilah's sister, Ellie May. Delilah has transitioned, however, Ellie May is still with us, still part of our herd, flock crew, one of our homies. She's a sheep that everybody should meet. She's strong-willed, but yet so soft and beautiful, yet powerful. So Wise, so connected, and I just love her with my whole heart.
