Each episode features lighthearted humor, grounded in real-life experiences, and ends with a mental health/wellness moment incorporating creative outlets like cooking, baking, celebrations, or art to help listeners unwind and find peace.


    Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide a relatable, laughter-filled space where listeners can explore emotional health and relationships, while gaining practical advice from a licensed counselor and finding humor in everyday challenges.
