  • Shared Vision - E2
    2024/01/06
“The most successful companies resemble a movement” That’s according to Simon Sinek from an interview in 2023. The number one thing that a movement requires is the adoption of a collective identity surrounding a shared goal, outcome, or vision of what could be. The question is, how does this pertain to business in either the for-profit or not-for-profit world? What should leaders do to shift their organization to being a movement and what examples do they have to guide them? This project intends to answer not only these questions but also explain the concept of shared vision with respect to creating a movement in the business realm.
