  • Setting New Year resolutions is one of the classic rituals of ringing in the New Year, and for good reason. The changing of the year is a great time to reflect, recommit, restart, and renew. However, most of the resolutions made on January 1st are broken by January 18th. To avoid that, we can make several small changes to the way we approach resolutions to help them stick – into February and beyond.
