If you got so drunk in Mexico that you blacked out and woke up in a Mexican prison would that be enough for you to sober up? Unfortunately even after spending 9 days in a Mexican prison wasn't enough for Duke Rumely. After years of alcohol and drug abuse, arrests, and other bad behavior, Duke finally got sober.

Now more than 35 sober years later, he is helping others struggling with addiction to be able to enjoy concerts, sporting events and other public venues sober through his non-profit Sober AF Entertainment (S.AF.E).

In 2008, Jimmy Lakey finally left Rwanda with his newly adopted son, River, after a long adoption process. After returning to America, Jimmy made a promise to River that he would do all he could to take care of the other children that were at the orphanage in Rwanda so that River never had to ask what happened to them.

Today, River's Promise is a registered non-profit that takes care of hundreds of children and widows in Rwanda by providing education and housing. In 2023, they opened up phase one of their new Legacy Christian Academy school that houses kindergarten through 4th grade currently.

Sabrina's son, Joseph (Joey), had just turned 24 and purchased some drugs from someone he thought he could trust for his birthday. Unknowingly to him, those drugs were laced with fentanyl. Sabrina found her son deceased. Her loss put her on a path to bring awareness of the dangers of fentanyl and the ugly world of black market drugs through her non-profit, FACT (Fentanyl Awareness Care Team).

Through FACT, she is educating students, families and even government on the poisoning that is happening to America through the illegal drug markets.

Fresh out of college, Greg Aden found himself climbing the proverbial corporate ladder in the hotel industry. Greg eventually became a VP of one of the most know and recognized hotel chains as a young powerful bachelor. But all that changed one day at 18,000 feet as he was climbing Mt Aconcagua in Argentina and realized he had been living life without purpose.
Greg left the mountain and returned home to his pregnant wife and newly adopted son and made the realization that he had a new purpose in life, to be a leader.

Addiction can affect all of us and can come in many forms. As a young man, Ben Cort found himself falling down the path of addiction to alcohol and drugs to hide from his own trauma and pain. At the age of 18 though, he had his 'Burning Bush' moment and began a path of recovery and sobriety.

As an avid outdoorsman, Ben and his wife moved to Colorado where he began using his love of the outdoors to help others recovering from addiction and mental health. Ben began consulting for the NFL (National Football League) and the NFLPA (National Football League Players Association) in their substance abuse and mental health programs. David Bloom's journey in life may have seemed perfect on the outside, but inside he was a broken man. From childhood, his father never supported him, praised him or told him he loved him. That trauma stayed with David throughout most of his life. He found himself questioning God and the love he was supposed to have for Him and that doubt carried over to his personal life and relationships.

Today, David has found a new love for God, and has forgiven himself and his father for his past trauma. He is the co-founder of Stinkin Good Green Chili and has co-authored the book, 'The Solid Man Workbook'.
