Ken shares his experiences from four years in China, working to build a joint venture between SVB and the Chinese government. He reveals how the Chinese Communist Party interfered with the project and tried to steal SVB’s business model. Drawing from interviews with a wide range of people, his book offers clear advice for businesses navigating the challenges of working in China.
