  • Proverbs - Fools-Wicked-Lazy : Wise-Righteous-Diligent - Walter Cummins
    2024/11/08

Now, there are three categories of people in the Book of Proverbs that you’ll see come up again and again. And I’m talking about three categories who have blown it, who are not on the Word. One of them is fools, the second one are the wicked and the third category are the lazy. You have the fools, the wicked and the lazy. In contrast to that you also have the wise, the righteous and the diligent. The wise, the righteous and the diligent. Now God doesn’t want you to be a fool or to be wicked or to be lazy. He wants you to be a wise person, a righteous person and a diligent person.

  • September 2, 1981 - Letter to the Way Corps
    2024/11/07

Therefore, it is the love of Christ that constraineth you. You Way Corps no longer live for yourself but you live for Him. As you walk in fellowship with Jesus Christ, you will be in fellowship with God, and you will evidence and manifest that you are a new creation with a new nature IN Christ and that ALL old things are passed away; behold, ALL things are become NEW. God, who reconciled you, brought you back to Himself by Jesus Christ, has given to you the ministry of reconciliation, including the Word of reconciliation, so that you could be a successful ambassador for Christ, reconciling others to God. You represent and are the righteousness of God when you are IN Christ Jesus. Yes, you are a worker together with God. Corps, what a joy and privilege, yet what an awesome responsibility in the NOW of this our times, the day of salvation! So you have to walk and work, that the ministry be not blamed and that you stand approved as a minister of God. Live and speak the Word...

  • Proverbs 8:1-36 - Wisdom Personified - Walter Cummins
    2024/11/06

    Proverbs 8:1-5 KJV

Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice?

She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths.

She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors.

Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man.

O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.

  • Proverbs 6:20-7:27 - The Strange Woman - Walter Cummins
    2024/11/05

    Proverbs 6:20-24 KJV

My son, keep thy father's commandment, and forsake not the law of thy mother:

Bind them continually upon thine heart, and tie them about thy neck.

When thou goest, it shall lead thee; when thou sleepest, it shall keep thee; and when thou awakest, it shall talk with thee.

For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life:

To keep thee from the evil woman, from the flattery of the tongue of a strange woman.

    Rotherham

Observe thou, my son, the commandment of thy father, and do not decline from the instruction of thy mother:

    Bind them upon thy heart continually, fasten them upon thy neck;

When thou walkest abroad, it shall guide thee, when thou sleepest, it shall watch over thee, when thou wakest, it shall speak to thee:

For, a lamp, is the commandment, and, the instruction, a light, and, the way of life, are the reproofs of correction:

To keep thee from the wicked woman, from the flattery of the tongue of her that is a stranger.

  • The Red Thread - Full Service
    2024/11/03

Take your Bibles and turn to the book of Colossians, chapter 1. Tonight I’d like to open the Word with you. And, if I were to give this a topic or a title of what I have in my heart to share with you tonight, I would call it “The Red Thread.” You find him everywhere in the Word.

It has been sin-consciousness plus condemnation that has robbed Christians in the past of their believing. It has robbed Christians in the past of their sense of worthiness before God. It has robbed Christians in the past of the joy, of their sonship. We, as believers, just had not been taught, and consequently and subsequently we did not know the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. We did not know we were more than conquerors through him who loved us and who gave himself for us. We did not know that we could do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We did not know that we were complete in Christ. We did not know that we were seated in the heavenlies now. People, we just did not know. For no one taught us...
