Wendy Grono knows healthcare’s ins and outs from an executive-level position. But 18 months ago, some cardiovascular health problems moved her to take a deep dive into the world of improving her health through dietary changes. Moving gradually to a plant-forward lifestyle, Wendy’s results of dramatically lowering her lipids and cholesterol and pushing her pre-diabetes into remission now motivate her to be a proponent of eating at least 80% plants.
