The TARDIS has been destroyed and the Doctor, Tegan and Turlough are stranded on a planet far in the future with nothing but a hatstand and a pair of 'clever specs'! Not even a sonic screwdriver to get them out of this one!

It's hardly surprising. For it seems the planet Frontios is under attack from the menacing TRACTATORS! Giant, alien woodlice dominated by the deadly Gravis, who has the power to control mavity (stop that! Paul) sorry, gravity and bend space and time to his will!
