    Anything you have in the house is sold by someone else to you

    Economy and growth happen through sales

    Taboo because people use manipulation and have abused this fundamental pillar of growth

    The first one to be hired and the last to be fired.

    The company’s actual performance is measured by revenue and sales.

    –have pain when others don’t buy your product. Have confidence that it has transformed my life, so it can yours. It adds 10x value to the client’s life as compared to the cost of it.

    – important to make connections with people than close sales. Give a never forgetting experience to them … a smile, a genuine compliment, kind words, and even a silent blessing will touch their hearts.

    – Make a rapport with the client

    - Understand and appreciate their world.

    • Their Liking and disliking.
    • Visual or auditory or experiential person
    • Pains, desires, fantasies, fears, problems
    • Towards values and away from values

    How will their life change in short term and in the long term

    • Address the objections

    3. Friendly for customers and for the entire supply chain–a long-term vision

    E.g. – agriculture, pottery, iron industry, trade

    1. Capitalists looked at the short term… right now.
    2. Destroyed the Indian industry by mass-sabotaging,
    3. Cheap short-term products that are flashy demand created when education was ruptured and 
    4. People are buying as consumption makes them happy rather than in Indian tradition where people were happy in themselves and purchasing for a purpose.
