Britton is a psychotherapist by trade and education though her approach to helping others draws primarily from her intuitive guidance. I came into the recording with Britton with some anxiety associated with my work. She walks me through an exercise that pulls me out of my head and into my body where I can receive information from my own inner guidance. Join me in the Intuitive Wonderland with Aneta Mruz! Aneta is a channel and medium who uses her intuition to offer soul guidance to her clients. One of the most striking aspects of this reading for me was how Aneta explains how Spirit relays information to her. She openly tells us the different physical sensations and experiences that she receives, as she is receiving them and how she interprets them into meaning.

It was interesting because I thought this reading was for one purpose, but it turned out to be guidance for me, that was completely unexpected. It really is true that Spirit brings through the information that serves you most, in a way you are ready to receive it. Every reading is an adventurous exploration, and this one with Aneta had me so invested that I actually forgot we were recording at certain points.

I mean, Sarrah's ability is so similar to that of Esther Hicks channeling Abraham that "excited" doesn't fully represent how I was feeling.

During the conversation with Ezekiel, I asked about any area where I may need some healing and then Ezekiel explained the stuck-point and provided healing for me. The second half of this episode was extremely powerful for me as Ezekiel offered insights into my future.
