Once in a blue moon some insta-influencer takes it upon themselves to adopt one of the staples of controversy in the technology world today - either "Agile doesn't work" or "Agile is over/done/out" or "Agile is about process only i.e. not a mindset".
We at Tech Led Culture, strongly refute that and in fact can demonstrate very clearly that without the ways of thinking, you will never have the ways of working. This piece was formally in our members vault at Tech-Led culture, but in light of the current DORA report (2023) controversy, seeing how Mr Tech (Dave Bally) and Mrs People (Duena Blomstrom) have already discussed it on the "people AND tech" Podcast and their burgeoning belief that the report really is indicating something that Duena has been saying for years "These are signs of Human Debt that translate into Tech Debt and burnout", we decided to re-list as a free episode.
