You’ll hear about his time in and out of jail, getting multiple DUI’s and how he’s now been sober for over 3 years, recently reiki certified, one modality he continues to use himself and to assist others on their healing journey. He even opens up with a story I had never heard, in fact nobody had ever heard. This was literally his first time sharing this with anyone. I was blown away by the courage he demonstrated and continues to demonstrate having shared this secret he’d kept hidden for so long for the second time right after we finished recording this episode with his wife. From what I understand it initially created a riff in their relationship but after giving his wife space to process it, his vulnerability and willingness to get this secret out in the open freed up space in their relationship for her to open up even more to him.
