What an incredible conversation with Andrea Sonnenberg on the show! This is an episode you will WANT to tune into!

In this raw and inspiring discussion, Andrea and I dive deep into the critical topic of mental health, focusing on the experiences of young people. Andrea shares her personal journey of loss and healing, revealing how community support and resilience can truly change lives.

We also tackle the pressing impact of social media on mental health and why it's time to treat mental well-being with the same seriousness as physical health. This is a call to action for more awareness, advocacy, and better resources for mental health care.

And most importantly, we end with a message of hope—there is always a way forward, no matter the obstacles. Healing is possible, and you are never alone in your struggles.

    ---

    Key Takeaways:

🔹 Listening to young voices creates deeper understanding and support
🔹 Sharing personal stories helps break down the stigma around mental health
🔹 No matter the struggles, there’s always hope for recovery and growth
