Seasoned business owners will tell you that they have had to frequently review their goals and their metrics to see if where they are wanting to go is where the current path is leading them. Sometimes it isn't. That is when they will evaluate what is going right, wrong, and what no longer aligns with where they see their future.

Pivoting isn't a sign that a business is failing. In fact, it is you actually paying attention and doing something before the titanic sinks. You saw the signs and you listened. You steered the ship out of the pathway of disaster.

Today's episode focuses on just this. Recognizing when it is time to pivot and how to do it successfully. There is definitely a wrong way to pivot.
