In this episode I chop it up with a Belizean basketball legend, Alex Carcamo. He was a member of the 1998 Belizean national team that won gold on home soil, and also a member of numerous other national teams that medaled in different competitions. He most recently capped off his career with a championship win with the Benny's Belize Hurricanes, by winning the inaugural season Belize Elite Basketball League 2023 all at the age of 46. We had a season recap, along with highlighting different trials and tribulations he faced along his basketball journey. From growing up in LA during the heights of its gang culture, to being all over the world playing basketball.
