She’s gone from being a massage therapist, helping whitewater kayakers train for and recover from races, to being an online wellness coach and adventure yoga retreat guide, helping women become their own healers and step into their confidence outside of their comfort zone (like when you’re sitting above a waterfall debating whether or not to portage).
