    With Italian roots, Tara is paving the way as a female vegan chef, known for her mind blowing Italian food. As someone who never went to culinary school, she jumped straight into work at the best NYC & LA restaurants. Fast forward to now, she has created her own culinary empire. Rochelle and Tara dig into the journey of becoming plant based, which for both of them started at 10 years old! While it's not for everyone 100% of the time, incorporating some of it into your lifestyle has many benefits. With Tara's recipes, you won't even notice it's plant based. Everything is made from scratch, and she doesn't use anything but organic whole foods. There are no meat substitutes or ingredients containing glyphosate and other harmful chemicals.
