It is the light weightedness of their relationship that enriches the quality of their lives. There is a Hawaiian prayer called Ho'oponopono which goes like this "I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you". This prayer helps us take responsibility of our actions. This prayer is used even for people who hurt us. This is because it is believed that every such person helps us learn a lesson and continues to hurt us till we master the lesson.
