¾ pound ground lamb
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1¼ teaspoons kosher salt, plus more for seasoning
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
¼ cup coarsely chopped Italian parsley
Warm pita bread, for serving
