This week I am joined by Ella Whitcomb Khan - otherwise known as The Fitness Psych.
Ella is a lecturer in Psychology at Bolton Uni - specifically working with Masters students on exercise and behaviour change, and also consults with fitness companies to help them educate their coaches.
Recently Ella has created her own company helping online fitness coaches understand their clients through her coaching development academy.
