I’m launching my new e-course this weekend. The cart opens on Sunday.

If you’re launching an e-course any time soon, it’s worth knowing that there is a launch pattern. That is, launches tend to follow the same trajectory regardless of your niche, regardless of your price.

It goes like this:

Cart opens, there’s a flurry of sales. The follow week, barely any sales. Cart closes, another flurry of sales.

Whether your launch goes for one week or three, the pattern is always the same. It simply reflects human nature. If you’re an author, it’s like a narrative arc, flipped! Which is actually a smile shape so there you go.

Never lose heart if (and when) your launch slumps in the middle. Things will pick up at the end.

‘Last minute’ is how most people roll. Everywhere. In every niche.
