They also discuss the dynamics between Holly Jo and Zoe's father, Zeke Felix Guerrera, and the challenges they encountered in providing a stable environment for Zoey.

Mickel Cherry, a man with a history of criminal charges, was living with Holly Jo and Zeke before the death of Zoey Felix. On September 5, 2023, concerned neighbors called the police when Zoe was left home alone with Cherry. Two weeks later, Zeke ordered Cherry and Caitlin to leave their residence. Zoe was later found brutally attacked and left for dead at a gas station. Cherry has been charged with capital murder and rape, and his trial is pending. The community is calling for justice and accountability in Zoe's case.
