Following a year with the NPSL side, Costa signed a professional contract with the United Soccer League's Arizona United. A native of Carle Place, New York, Costa served as Assistant Coach at his alma mater, as Director of Programs at a Mineola-based company that guides student-athletes through the athletic recruiting process, and is currently a Physical Education teacher in the Long Island area.
