Now a Colombian government agency is trying to seize the monkeys at Caucaseco Scientific Research in Cali, Colombia. Should the U.S. National Institutes of Health be next to investigate? U.S. taxpayers have paid $17 million to Caucaseco. And that's just one of nearly 800 foreign labs getting hundreds of millions from NIH.
