Have you ever wanted to quit writing your book but felt intense shame and embarrassment about it? In today's episode, I tackle this rarely discussed, but crucial, topic. I share my own personal experiences of stepping back from a significant book project and talk about how the act of quitting can sometimes be the most positive, empowering choice you can make.

I offer three key times when it might be wise to consider walking away from a book project (this is, of course, after you've done everything possible to get it done!) Ultimately, quitting can open up space for new, more fulfilling pursuits. So if you're doubting whether you should continue struggling to write your book, this episode's for you!
