I’m joined by yoga and meditation instructor, on-air fitness personality, my friend and Greenwich resident, Nicole Glor, who you’ve seen on Fox and Friends, Live With Kelly and Michael, on CBS This Morning, in Prevention magazine, among other places. She has 15 fitness videos on Youtube, and she’s certified through the Fit Face Method for all your Face Yoga needs both in person and virtually.
