Jack has been in the food industry for many years starting off at the famous Kosher deli, Bernstein's and moving his way up. Jack is not only a food officianado but a bourbon expert as well. This week we lay it all on the table, and even try to get the recipe to the special 'Sino' sauce, which has been kept a tight secret.
