Ep05: Fostering Your Cheering Section

  • サマリー

  • In this episode five, we discuss the importance of finding your cheering section in the classroom and in life. We explore how building connections and rapport can lead to fostering that cheering section within our classrooms and social groups. Being a cheering section for others also helps create a supportive environment.

We’ll share some personal learning experiences, including the value of asking transformative questions and the importance of the 5W and H questions in storytelling. In the classroom, let’s highlight the role of rapport-building, team-building activities, and creating space for interpersonal connections. So celebrate everyone’s victory with us as we unpack how to build cheering sections in our lives.
