Richard Georg Graf developed his passion for leadership as an entrepreneur and serial founder. Since 1990s, he took responsibilities for the success of projects worth up to 3-digit million dollars. As early as 1975, he was programming on one of the first available computers, the Zuse Z23. From 1979, he was involved in the development and marketing of search engines and in the development of neural networks.
For the last 12 years, Richard dedicated his time to Decision-Making Management (DMM) and supporting teams to bring about jointly supported team-decision and awareness for DMM.
