    In this episode, John Kim talks about how they have changed their approach to health and wellness. They focus on getting seven to eight hours of sleep a night, strength training, meditating, eating more mindfully, doing cold showers in the morning, walking with their dogs and breathing exercises to help with stress and posture. They encourage people to take care of themselves physically and mentally, and to find their own ways to grow and adapt that works for them.

    It is important to take care of your body and mind in order to be healthier and happier. That means getting 7-8 hours of sleep every day. Eating nutritious foods like lots of vegetables, proteins, and healthy fats. Doing some kind of physical activity like taking walks and practicing yoga. Taking some time every day to do things that help you relax like breath work and meditation. Taking cold showers to help your body and also doing activities you enjoy like going out and having fun. All these things will help you feel better and will help you become stronger and healthier.
