As the 2020 season rolls into the summer, Jay is back in the "studio" and welcomes in Award Winning News Anchor Leslie Rangel, a.k.a. "The News Yogi" -- joining us from Austin, Texas.
Leslie is the anchor of Good Day Austin on Fox 7, and is also a certified yoga instructor who is trying to help her fellow journalists find their peace. Leslie joined us to talk about her journey (Convo starts at the 17:45 mark) to talk about her journey including:
