We need to learn to tell the story honestly, with all its curves and edges to be able to be authentic in our pursuit of Christ. Dr. Agard has been a guide and mentor in my own journey with spiritual disciples and practices, so I was very grateful she agreed to sit down and talk! In a lot of ways, this episode may help to connect some of the dots of both our practice-oriented episodes and our conversations that may seem to come from different spaces. Hoping it is as life-giving to you as it was to me!
