For this episode I speak with Angie Bonvanie, Principal at Halton Hills Christian School. She is also in the Masters program at ICS and we were first connected in October 2019 when I visited her school to learn about their hiring process. She was in her own process of job shadowing to become the next Principal which is where our conversation begins. From there she reflects on the past few years, what she has learned as a leader, and most importantly, a good reminder of our need to have our anchor in Christ.
