In the same year, Jason Haas was also named a Food & Wine Drinks Innovator of the Year , due to Tablas Creek’s commitment to Regenerative Organic Certification.

    Together, we will talk about the certification, the reasoning behind its pillars, as well about Tablas Creek’s water minimizing and dry farming efforts.
