Episode 30 - How to break the people-pleasing cycle

  • サマリー

  • If you're in a relationship, it's important to be true to yourself. Don't try to please your partner all the time - this will only lead to something negative like resentment and frustration, which can eventually kill a good relationship.

Instead, focus on being honest and open with each other. This way, you can build a strong, lasting bond. It's important to be able to assert yourself and make sure that your own needs are being met.

    Never neglect yourself, friend!
