あらすじ・解説
There are many ways to process pain, both physical and emotional. The most important thing is to give yourself time and space to heal. Some people numb the pain with drugs or alcohol, others try to push through the pain, and still, others try to find a way to accept it. However, numbing the pain can lead to addiction, pushing through the pain can lead to further injury, and finding acceptance can be difficult. Seek professional help if necessary. If your pain is proving too much to handle on your own, don't hesitate to message me by visiting www.relationshipsonfire.com
Remember, there is no one-size-fits-all answer to processing pain, but there are some general tips that can help and you can listen to Episode 34 to find 5 tips.
