Hello and welcome back to the Austin Real Estate Podcast. Our guests today are Warren McEnulty and Josh Edwards. Warren is an agent with Papasan Properties Group, the 4th ranked team by volume in the Austin area. Warren has been in real estate for 9 years, and he and his team love crunching numbers behind successful investment opportunities, and making the buying & selling process as painless for his clients as possible. Josh, our host today, is a Mortgage Lender with Regions bank, and has been in the finance industry for over 15 years - about the same amount of time he’s lived here in Austin. He specializes in luxury mortgage and the construction to permanent mortgage space.
